BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN - ABA THERAPY

PAY: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

ABOUT US

Just Kids Autism Center provides evidence-based, compassionate care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a purpose-built clinical environment. We're hiring experienced Behavior Technicians to transform children's lives through ABA therapy and help them develop essential skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver one-on-one and small group ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect data and track client progress
• Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and clinical team members
• Help children develop communication, socialization, and behavioral skills

REQUIREMENTS

Required:

• 1+ year experience as a Behavior Technician delivering ABA therapy
• Knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Ability to deliver behavioral intervention strategies effectively
• Strong data collection, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Bloomington, MN

Preferred:

• RBT Certification
• Background in Psychology or related field
• Arabic language proficiency
