Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for integrated care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and patient communication.

Required Skills:

• Current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Must be independently licensed
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
