DART (Development for Autism and Related Treatment) was founded with a passion to provide high quality services to children on the autism spectrum and their families. DART’s mission is to promote engaging, safe, and quality therapy for those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) while striving for independent lifestyles. Our team utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and evidence-based practices during therapy to teach and build prosocial behavior.
We’re seeking energetic and enthusiastic behavior therapists with excellent written and verbal communication skills. We’re looking for someone passionate about helping individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities while implementing ABA therapy. During therapy sessions, staff are responsible for keeping the child engaged, setting up an effective environment that promotes learning, and teaching social, motor, cognitive, language, adaptive, play, executive function, and academic skills.

At this time, we are looking for a Behavior Technician/RBT who:
- Part-time positions available (10 hrs/weekly minimum): We're hiring therapists for clients located in Round Rock, Georgetown, Austin, and Hutto with afternoon availability Monday-Friday between 2:00 pm - 7:30 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Some morning clients available as well.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must hold or be able to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
- Must be able to lift at least 45 lbs
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Must have a high school diploma and an associates degree and/or working towards a Bachelor's degree (Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field strongly preferred)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, patient, empathetic, and compassionate
- Must have current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential consistent with BACB guidelines or obtain within the first six months of employment
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision

Experience:
