Title: Patient Care Coordinator / Sales Specialist (Aesthetics & Wellness) - Medical Spa
Location: On-site
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: Base + Commission (high performers earn significant bonuses)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Patient Care Coordinator with strong sales instincts to join a fast-paced aesthetics and wellness practice. This is a front-line revenue role. You are responsible for converting inbound leads into booked consultations and treatments through consistent, aggressive follow-up and excellent communication.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in sales, enjoys talking to people all day, and understands how to move patients from interest to action.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls, emails, texts, and online leads
- Call back all missed calls immediately and follow up via text and email
- Convert inquiries into booked consultations and treatments
- Follow up persistently with warm and cold leads until conversion
- Track leads, calls, and bookings with daily reporting
- Hit and exceed daily booking targets (minimum 5 booked appointments per day)
- Work closely with the clinical and management team to maximize schedule fill
Requirements
- Medspa prior experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or
- Strong sales background in aesthetics, wellness, med spa, healthcare, or other high-ticket service industries
- Confident on the phone and comfortable with frequent outbound calling
- Proven ability to sell high-ticket services
- Organized, accountable, and metrics-driven
- Comfortable working in a high-expectation, performance-based environment
