Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LPCC, Pre-Licensed LMFT or LPCC Candidates

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist or Pre-Licensed Psychotherapist (graduate) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families experiencing emotional and psychological challenges.

**Duties:**

- Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families

- Develop treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Provide psychotherapy services to address a range of mental health issues

- Potentially Offer Christian counseling (if this aligns with your values) services for clients seeking faith-based therapy

- Engage in case management activities to coordinate care with other healthcare professionals

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs

- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in making positive changes

**Qualifications:**

- Have a Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field

- Proficiency in providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families

- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation tools and treatment planning

- Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques

Pay: $60,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
