Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead advanced, AI-enabled assessment design within BTS’s Talent Insights & Assessment COE and guide high-impact client engagements. You’ll shape methodologies, mentor colleagues, and help elevate global assessment capabilities. You’ll translate talent strategy into rigorous insights that drive executive decisions and organizational transformation. Compensation / Benefits • Design, develop, and validate custom assessments (simulations, SJTs, interviews, psychometrics) incorporating AI and ethical practices • Identify and translate behavioral science and AI trends into practical assessment enhancements • Prototype adaptive assessments, digital simulations, predictive analytics, and AI-assisted scoring models • Lead major client engagements as senior advisor on workforce strategy, transformation, and leadership development • Contribute to thought leadership, tools, and frameworks to strengthen BTS's assessment offerings • Mentor and develop assessment professionals across levels and build internal capability • Provide expert input to COE groups on standards, innovation, and product enhancements • Represent BTS externally to clients and industry forums to demonstrate value of assessment solutions • Influence COE priorities and investments through expert guidance Tasks • Masters or PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with extensive assessment experience (17+ years for Masters; 15+ years for PhD) • Deep expertise in psychometrics, validation, and digital/AI-enabled assessment applications • Proven success in selling and delivering assessment solutions in a consulting setting • Experience advising senior executives on talent strategy and leading complex client engagements • Proven track record in innovating assessment methodologies and digital tools • Established thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, or recognized expertise • Strong influencing, executive presence, and ability to lead without formal authority • Mentoring experience and commitment to developing others • Eligibility to work in the US permanently without sponsorship Key requirements •
