Experteer Overview As a Senior Director in BTS’s Talent Insights & Assessment COE, you will design AI-enabled, scientifically rigorous assessment solutions and lead high-impact client engagements. You will influence the COE’s direction, shape new methodologies, and mentor colleagues to bolster global assessment capabilities. This role combines advisory leadership with hands-on development of innovative, AI-driven tools that translate strategy into talent insights. You will work with senior clients to drive organizational impact and credible outcomes. Compensation / Benefits • Design, develop, and validate custom assessment content (simulations, SJTs, interviews, psychometric tools) with AI integration • Advance the COE innovation agenda by translating behavioral science and AI trends into practical solutions • Prototype and refine methodologies (adaptive assessments, digital simulations, predictive analytics, AI scoring) • Collaborate with product teams and data scientists to ensure rigor, ethics, and scalability • Lead major client engagements as senior advisor on workforce strategy, succession, and leadership development • Translate strategy into evidence-based talent insights and executive-level recommendations • Contribute to thought leadership, tools, and frameworks; manage and grow client accounts • Mentor assessment professionals; elevate team capabilities and quality standards • Share best practices across regions and contribute to COE priorities and investments Tasks • Masters in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with 17+ years of assessment experience, or PhD with 15+ years • Deep expertise in assessment science (psychometrics, validation) and AI/digital tool applications • Proven success in selling and delivering assessment solutions in a consulting environment • Experience leading complex, high-stakes client engagements and advising senior executives • Contributions to innovative assessment methods or AI-enabled solutions • Established thought leadership through publications, speaking, or recognized expertise • Strong influencing and executive presence; ability to lead without formal authority • Excellent facilitation and communication; able to translate findings into actionable insights • Track record of mentoring and developing others • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship Key requirements •
