About the Opportunity

I am seeking a motivated Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) or Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) to join my growing private practice in Randolph, New Jersey. This role offers a supportive, professional environment with weekly supervision provided by a licensed clinical psychologist, and the opportunity to gradually build a caseload while working with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

This position is ideal for clinicians who are continuing to develop their clinical skills while accruing supervised hours toward licensure.

Position Details

· Schedule: Minimum of 2 in-person afternoons/evenings per week (3:00–8:00 PM), scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays

· Saturdays are also available (in person, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM)

· Caseload: Expectation of 15+ clients per week, with flexibility to grow if desired

· Additional days are available and may be virtual, if preferred

· Location: Randolph, New Jersey

· Job Type: Part-time, W-2 position (no benefits)

· Compensation: $45 per session. Saturday sessions are compensated at $55 per session

Responsibilities

· Provide individual psychotherapy to a diverse client population

· Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

· Build and maintain a caseload of 15+ clients per week, with flexibility to grow if desired

· Participate in weekly individual and/or peer supervision

Requirements

· Master’s degree or higher in a mental health–related field

· Active New Jersey license: LAC or LAMFT

· Prior clinical experience providing psychotherapy preferred
