Job Overview
We're looking for a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in beautiful Honolulu!

In this rewarding role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. You'll conduct thorough assessments, craft personalized treatment plans, and implement compassionate, effective interventions that truly make a difference in clients' lives — all within a collaborative, supportive clinical environment that values excellence and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive functional assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct therapy services and oversee program implementation
  • Collaborate closely with families, RBTs, and other team members to promote skill development and meaningful progress
  • Analyze data and adjust treatment strategies to achieve the best outcomes
  • Stay current with best practices in ABA

What we're looking for:

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • A positive, can-do attitude and true team-player spirit
  • Dedication to excellence and compassionate care
  • Experience (or strong interest) in working with children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Big plus: Familiarity with Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) — a modern, humane, and highly effective approach to addressing challenging behavior while building essential life skills
  • Be a BCBA in good standing
  • Be licensed to practice in Hawaii

Whether you're a new BCBA eager to grow or a seasoned pro looking for a fresh, innovative environment, we welcome your expertise and collaborative energy!

If you're not yet experienced with PFA/SBT, you're in for an exciting opportunity to learn one of the field's most progressive and compassionate frameworks from supportive colleagues.

Ready to make a real impact in paradise while working with a team that truly values what you bring? We'd love to hear from you!
