One Step Forward ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a specialized part time role providing after school and early evening services in Haddonfield, NJ. This position offers a premier hourly rate for a clinician who excels in delivering direct supervision and assessments during afternoon hours.

Role: Part Time BCBA
Schedule: Afternoon/Early Evening Hours.

Who We're Looking For:

A currently certified BCBA with a valid NJ LBA.

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs during afternoon/evening hours.
Analyze data and guide clinical decision making for your caseload.
