Behavior Technician - BCBA Students Welcome!

Spectrum Achievers ABA provides high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. We are seeking responsible, organized, and compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with children with developmental and behavioral challenges, implementing therapeutic strategies to promote positive behavior and enhance their quality of life.

Students Pursuing BCBA Certification - This is for You! We actively welcome students working toward their BCBA certification! We offer:

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and progress.
• Provide direct support to children in various settings, including home and school environments.
• Collect and analyze research data to track behavioral changes and effectiveness of interventions.
• Collaborate with special education professionals and families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while documenting patient information.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Ability to commute to Paramus, NJ 07652
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
