We're launching a new ABA agency in Hampton Roads with a different approach: smaller caseloads, quality over volume, and a genuine path to leadership for the right person.

This isn't just a BCBA position. It's an opportunity to build something from the ground up. You'll start as our lead clinician and grow into a true Clinical Director as we scale. If you've ever wanted equity in an ABA company without the startup risk, this is your chance.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You'll be our first BCBA hire, working directly with the founder to build clinical operations, hire and mentor RBTs, and shape the culture from day one. As we grow from 3 clients to 25+ in Year 1, you'll transition from hands-on clinical work to clinical leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct supervision to RBTs (manageable caseload of 10-12 clients max)
• Deliver parent training and collaborate with families
• Help recruit, train, and retain an exceptional RBT team
• Shape clinical protocols and quality standards
• Grow into full clinical oversight as we add a second BCBA

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Virginia LBA license (or eligibility to obtain quickly)
• 2+ years of clinical experience, including RBT supervision
• Experience with Virginia Medicaid billing and documentation (preferred)
• Passion for mentoring and developing clinical staff
• Reliable transportation for in-home services throughout Hampton Roads
• Entrepreneurial mindset - you want to build, not just clock in

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 (based on experience)
