Licensed Marriage and Family TherapistLocation: Bakersfield, CA
Position: Full-Time | Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMJob Summary
Provide therapy services through secure telehealth sessions for clients across California. You’ll complete assessments, deliver ongoing therapy, and maintain clear documentation that supports continuity of care.Responsibilities
  • Provide individual telehealth sessions on a set schedule
  • Complete intake assessments, diagnostic impressions, and treatment plans
  • Update clinical notes and care plans in the EMR
  • Monitor risk and follow escalation procedures when needed
  • Participate in clinical consults and quality review activities
Requirements
  • Active California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral health discipline
  • Experience providing therapy and documenting care in a clinical setting
  • Strong written communication and organization
