Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMJob Summary
We’re partnering with a North Carolina behavioral health group to hire a Telehealth Mental Health Therapist. From Raleigh or anywhere in NC, you’ll provide therapy sessions, coordinate with a clinical supervisor, and support clients using structured, evidence-informed care.Responsibilities
- Deliver video-based therapy sessions on a regular schedule
- Complete intake assessments and treatment planning
- Collaborate with a supervising therapist on case direction and risk
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in the EHR
- Participate in virtual team and supervision meetings
- Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
- Active NC license (LCSW-A/LCSW, LCMHC-A/LCMHC, LMFT, etc.)
- Clinical experience providing therapy services
- Comfortable working within a remote, supervised model
- 2 weeks PTO
