Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor | California | Full-TimeWe are hiring an LPCC to offer mental health and substance use disorder treatment through telehealth. Help expand access to quality care with a team that’s shaping the future of mental health services.Schedule:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMCompensation:$115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus a full benefits packageKey Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth Psychosocial Assessments and clinical evaluations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with structured interventions.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
  • Track patient progress and coordinate adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with care teams, clients, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active LPCC license in California.
  • At least 2 years of experience in professional counseling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using telehealth platforms and digital recordkeeping.
