- Conduct in-depth Psychosocial Assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans with structured interventions.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Track patient progress and coordinate adjustments as needed.
- Maintain strong collaboration with care teams, clients, and external partners.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active LPCC license in California.
- At least 2 years of experience in professional counseling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using telehealth platforms and digital recordkeeping.
