We’re looking for an experienced and mission-driven Mentor BCBA to join our Autism and ABA team in Raleigh, NC.

Some unique opportunities in this role include:

Mentor newly credentialed BCBAs.
Supervise students and apprentices pursuing their BCBA credential.
Create and present CEs and professional development content.
Partner with the Clinic Manager on clinical and leadership initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
3+ years credentialed and practicing as a BCBA.
Licensed in NC preferred.
Leadership and team management, clinical expertise, organizational abilities, problem-solving, and decision-making. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Dependability is a must!
Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
