We’re looking for an experienced and mission-driven Mentor BCBA to join our Autism and ABA team in Raleigh, NC.
Some unique opportunities in this role include:
  • Mentor newly credentialed BCBAs.
  • Supervise students and apprentices pursuing their BCBA credential.
  • Create and present CEs and professional development content.
  • Partner with the Clinic Manager on clinical and leadership initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB.
  • 3+ years credentialed and practicing as a BCBA.
  • Licensed in NC preferred.
  • Leadership and team management, clinical expertise, organizational abilities, problem-solving, and decision-making. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Dependability is a must!
  • Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
