In this role, you will serve as a critical liaison between VA centers, military community organizations, and our homecare programs. You will advocate for veterans in need of homecare and supportive services by building strong referral relationships and ensuring seamless access to care. Through targeted outreach, data-driven strategies, and collaboration with admissions and clinical teams, you will help grow and strengthen our veteran-focused services.

Area of Responsibility: Goldsboro NC (and surrounding region)
Strategy and Market Growth
- Identify and target VA and military referral sources through cold calls, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans that diversify referral sources, with a goal of engaging at least five new community partners each month.
- Reactivate inactive partners and strengthen existing partnerships to transition them from referral-only to active admissions.
- Respond immediately to inquiries and referrals to ensure timely support for veterans.
Data and Analytics
- Track all outreach activities, interactions, and referral metrics in Salesforce with at least 95% accuracy.
- Analyze referral and outreach data to identify trends and optimize strategies for increasing veteran referrals and admissions.
- Monitor partner engagement and adjust efforts to meet monthly and quarterly KPIs.
Account Servicing and Relationship Management
- Conduct daily in-person meetings or check-ins with community partners to strengthen relationships and maximize referral potential.
- Deliver scheduled educational presentations ("in-services") to inform partners about Royal Faith’s programs and veteran services.
- Provide partners with updated resources, program information, and support to maintain long-term engagement.
- Attend and participate in local events, military community gatherings, and professional conferences.
Administrative and CRM Management
- Maintain accurate documentation of all outreach, partner interactions, meetings, tours, and follow-ups in Salesforce.
- Schedule and coordinate presentations, tours, and partner visits; log all follow-up actions in the CRM.
- Track the status of community partners, documenting their progression from new contact → active referral source → admissions partner.
Collaboration and Internal Communication
- Serve as a liaison between VA centers and Royal Faith, ensuring seamless communication between referral sources and admissions teams.
- Educate veterans on referral options and guide them step-by-step through the intake process.
- Work closely with admissions staff and call center personnel to coordinate care, confirm placement details, and verify service eligibility.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure veterans receive individualized care plans tailored to their unique needs.
- Provide leadership with feedback and insights from community partners to strengthen agency-wide veteran care initiatives.
Qualifications Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, social services, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications related to behavioral health, addiction support, or veteran services are a plus.
- Equivalent work experience may be substituted for formal education.
- 3–5 years of outside sales, outreach, or business development experience, preferably in healthcare, homecare, or behavioral health.
- Demonstrated success working with VA centers, military organizations, or community-based health providers.
- Experience using CRM systems—Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
