Children's Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) | Bilingual Spanish

We are seeking a Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) | Bilingual Spanish to join our team! You will provide emotional and administrative support to clients in either individual or group settings.;

Direct hire - full-time, permanent Hybrid Social Worker Children's (LMSW/LCSW).

Location: The Bronx, NY (Hybrid - 1 day per week onsite, 4 days remote)

Shift: Days

Pay Range:

LMSW: $70,000 - $72,000 Annually plus benefits

LCSW: $80,000 - $90,000 Annually plus benefits

Start date will be flexible.

Responsibilities:

• Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
• Develop and execute individual treatment plans
• Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
• Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
• Maintain accurate client documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
• Master's degree in social work
• Experience working with children's age 6 or above
• Bilingual Spanish is required
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
