Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in Decatur, GA. As a Registered Behavior Technician with WonderWay ABA GA home, you will have the opportunity to work part-time (Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, 3-7pm) with a dynamic and dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Implement and modify behavior plans using evidence-based strategies, ensuring effective communication and rapport-building with clients and caregivers
Record and analyze client progress, providing regular updates and insights to improve outcomes
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
Maintain accurate records, adhere to documentation standards, and meet regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., ABA, psychology, special education) preferred
1-2 years of experience; training or education in ABA or a related field is required
