Job Description
Redwood Family Care Network is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD / I/DD). This BCBA – Adult Services role focuses on assessment, Positive Behavior Support (PBS), and the development of effective Behavior Support Plans (BSP) in residential and community-based settings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing consultation using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Design, implement, and maintain Behavior Support Plans (BSP)
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
  • Utilize Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies to address complex behaviors
  • Review and analyze behavioral data to ensure treatment effectiveness
  • Train and support direct service professionals and program leadership
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams supporting adult developmental disabilities
  • Provide supervision to RBT candidates as needed
  • Deliver services through a combination of in-person and remote consultation
Qualifications
  • BCBA certification required
  • Master’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience providing ABA services to adults
  • Experience supporting adult developmental disabilities and IDD / I/DD
  • Strong background in BSP, FBA, and PBS implementation
Skills & Abilities
  • Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for adult populations
  • Person-centered approach to Positive Behavior Support (PBS)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

  • Reliable transportation for in-home visits
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must pass background check and pre-employment requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age if driving for People’s Care
