Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in Decatur, GA. As a Registered Behavior Technician with WonderWay ABA GA home, you will have the opportunity to work part-time (Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, 3-7pm) with a dynamic and dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Implement and modify behavior plans using evidence-based strategies, ensuring effective communication and rapport-building with clients and caregivers
• Record and analyze client progress, providing regular updates and insights to improve outcomes
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
• Maintain accurate records, adhere to documentation standards, and meet regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., ABA, psychology, special education) preferred
• 1-2 years of experience; training or education in ABA or a related field is required
