Who We Are

Karter Little Wins is an early intervention center dedicated to helping children ages 2–9 reach their fullest potential. We believe in creating a joyful, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every small step forward is celebrated as a little win. Our programs integrate play-based learning, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and individualized care to support each child’s unique growth.

The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and families to implement behavior intervention plans that help children build communication, social, and self-regulation skills.

This is a hands-on position where patience, creativity, and a love for children make all the difference.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive, play-based setting.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Collect accurate data and documentation on behavior and skill development.
  • Collaborate with team members to support progress and celebrate every success.
  • Communicate professionally with parents and staff, maintaining confidentiality and compassion.
  • Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities.

Why Join Us

  • As a school and a clinic, our RBTs have the option of working in the classroom setting when client hours are not available, this flexiablity allows for more consistency in working hours
