Indigokinn is a boutique NYC-based agency providing ABA and related services for due-process–related cases. We’re seeking a BCBA or LBA to provide direct ABA services on a contract, case-based basis.

This role is a good fit for clinicians who enjoy thoughtful, relationship-based work with children and families, value clear documentation, and prefer flexibility over large caseloads. Assignments are based on case availability.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide direct ABA services to children and adolescents pursuant to due-process or pendency orders
  • Complete assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning as needed
  • Implement evidence-based interventions aligned with each child’s needs
  • Collect and summarize data to support treatment progress
  • Maintain clear, organized documentation required for due-process cases
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals involved in the case

(This is a direct-service role — not supervision)

What We’re Looking For

  • BCBA certification or NYS LBA licensure
  • Experience working with children with developmental differences
  • Comfort providing direct services in home, school, or community settings
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected to a small, supportive team

Details

  • Contract / case-based role
  • $175/hour
  • Flexible scheduling based on case assignment
  • Opportunities available as cases arise (rolling basis)
