Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - South Bay / Harbor Area area

Job Location: South Bay / Harbor Area area

  • This role serves clients throughout the South Bay / Harbor Area within a 25-mile radius of Torrance (90501).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Hidden Treasures ABA Therapy Services. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, one-on-one therapy services that cater to each child's unique needs and abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities

  • Conduct behavioral analyses and identify treatment goals and objectives

  • Implement and modify behavioral interventions, as necessary

  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care

  • Monitor and record client progress, making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed

  • Provide supervision and training to BCaBAs and RBTs

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA or related field

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Compensation:

  • An annual salary range of $90,000 - $105,000.02
