- Staff behavior training: work with BCBAs/BCaBAs/RBTs on creating behavior in-services
- Observation/Supervisory activities of all staff pursuing a degree in behavior (BCBA, BCaBA)
- Competency assessments for RBTs; continued supervision of RBTs
- Write up evaluations/treatment plans and create notebooks for new students in conjunction with Instructional Team Coordinator
- Write initial Treatment Plans in conjunction with Instructional Team Coordinator treatment plans
- Support with onboarding new staff regarding clinical practices.
- Insurance phone calls (eg: for assist with authorization or re-authorization requiring BCBA semi-structed interview as required which is typically every six months from the initial assessment and treatment plan)
- Train multi-disciplinary team on behavior analytic interventions for continuity of care.
- Conduct behavior observations in conjunction with Instructional Team
- Co-assess/evaluate with Instructional Team Coordinator with focus on behavioral observations (behavior reduction or skill acquisition).
- Non-direct service: delegate the structure and the content of ABA pull out sessions for weekday program with the help of the instructional team leader; write BIP updates; coordinate behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and data forms; observe students as needed; behavioral consultations with the help of other behavior trained staff (RBT/BCBA BCaBA)
- Monitor Motivity for progress
- Create BIPs and monitor for efficacy
- Meet with families as needed
