Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Assist in the development of social skills, communication, and daily living skills for clients
- Follow Registered Behavior Technician ethics and code of conduct outlined by the BACB
- Collaborate with families and other team members to provide consistent and effective support for clients
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment during therapy sessions and adhere to ethical guidelines and protocols
- Maintaining Registered Behavior Technician Credential.
Qualifications:
- RBT certification or eligibility and willingness to obtain certification
- Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
