Registered Behavior Technician

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Assist in the development of social skills, communication, and daily living skills for clients
  • Follow Registered Behavior Technician ethics and code of conduct outlined by the BACB
  • Collaborate with families and other team members to provide consistent and effective support for clients
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment during therapy sessions and adhere to ethical guidelines and protocols
  • Maintaining Registered Behavior Technician Credential.

Qualifications:

  • RBT certification or eligibility and willingness to obtain certification
  • Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • CPR/First Aid

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
