The person will work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and assist the lead full time Behavioral Analyst in delivering behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. This includes prompting and reinforcing communication, instruction of new skills, and implementation of protocols to reduce undesirable behaviors. The position also involves collection of direct observational data, input of those data into computer systems, graphing of those data and communication about those data to staff and care providers. Applicants will have an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

This position is for the summer semester (May 12-August 3rd). The clinic will be closed May 22nd-26th and June 29th -July 3rd.
