Job Title: Qualified Professional (QP) – Intensive In-Home
Location: Charlotte -- North Carolina
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Job Summary:
The Qualified Professional (QP) provides clinical oversight and coordination of Service-Intensive In-Home services for children and adolescents with mental health needs. The QP ensures services are delivered in accordance with NC Medicaid, MCO, and agency standards to support youth and families in the home and community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate services with families, schools, and community providers
- Implement service delivery, documentation, and treatment progress
- Ensure compliance with NC Medicaid and MCO requirements
- Participate in crisis planning and clinical team meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
- Meets North Carolina QP requirements (e.g., LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPA, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with children/adolescents with mental health needs
- Knowledge of SII services, Medicaid guidelines, and person-centered planning
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Intensive in-home services
- Familiarity with NC MCO systems
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
