Job Description:
We provide a variety of services to the community including individual, couples and family therapy, psychological and psycho educational assessments and Psychiatric Services. We are looking for a psychotherapists to join our growing practice! Our ideal clinician will provide high quality, compassionate, ethical, and culturally competent therapeutic services to clients. Candidates should be independent, organized, driven, and collaborative.

Competitive Salary with Supervision and bonus pay.

Providing counseling to individuals, couples, families and groups. CBT experienced, motivational interviewing, behavior modification techniques implementation, rational emotive therapy, substance and drug abuse counseling. Complete assessments, develop comprehensive treatment plans, individualized program support and case management, identify barriers and assist clients to overcome them. Empathic and client centric individuals will do well here. Experience desired, but new enthusiastic grads also welcome.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program
• An independent license in the state where you reside (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) from the USA (2+ state licenses is a huge plus)
• Licensed independently as a Therapist, Counselor or Psychologist for at least 1 year
• Preferably 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidenced-based interventions to individual adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders.
• Must welcome treating all populations and committed to delivering culturally responsive care
• Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions into clinical practice

Requirements:

• Willing to work regular weekend and evening hours
• Masters or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related mental health field
• Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective communication and collaboration
• Positive attitude that can handle flexibility and change
• Commitment to timely documentation
• Compassion, humor and respect for colleagues

Experience:

• Therapists & Counselors: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, Ph.D. or Psy.D. (Preferred)
• Travel requirements (driver’s license)
