Position: Hospice Social Worker
Location: York, Cumberland & Dauphin County
Status: Full-time / Part-time options available
What You’ll Do: As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you’ll provide emotional support, resource coordination, and compassionate guidance to patients and families navigating end-of-life care. You’ll be the steady hand and kind voice when it’s needed most.
Requirements:
Must be a Pennsylvania resident
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW)
Hospice experience is a strong plus
Empathy, resilience, and a deep respect for the dignity of every individual
