What You’ll Do
  • Provide direct ABA therapy to children in their home, school, or community
  • Follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs
  • Collect data and document each session accurately
  • Communicate with your supervising BCBA and team regularly
  • Show professionalism and respect in every client interaction
What this role requires
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)
  • Active RBT certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable Transportation and punctual, with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working with children and families in home settings
  • Able to stay active and engaged with clients
  • Prior ABA experience required

Work Environment
This is an in-home position, which means you’ll be working directly in clients’ homes. Expectations include:
  • Respecting the family’s home and space
  • Leaving therapy materials on-site as needed
  • Being physically active with clients, including sitting, playing, lifting, or running if required
