Job Title: Social Worker (MSW)
Location: 1001 Potrero Ave, San Francisco, CA 94110
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract (Extendable)
Shift: Day Shift 8:30am - 5pm (8 hr. shift), 40 hrs/week
Education Required: Master's in Social Work
Pay Rate: $43 - $45 an hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor social work staff, providing guidance on patient care and case management practices.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Oversee the implementation of home community care services, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $43.00 - $45.00 per hour
