Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary
We're hiring a Texas-licensed therapist for a telehealth role serving clients statewide. You'll provide therapy sessions by video, complete assessments, and keep documentation accurate to support ongoing care. This role suits clinicians who want consistent hours and a clear workflow.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth therapy sessions
• Complete intake assessments and diagnostic documentation
• Develop treatment plans and update goals as needed
• Maintain timely notes in the EMR
• Join virtual consults and trainings
• Support clinical review tasks as assigned (case feedback, chart checks)

• Active Texas license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
• Master's/doctoral degree in a behavioral health field
• Therapy experience preferred
• Strong documentation and time management
