What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design and oversight of highly individualized, evidence-based behavior support plans.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs while collaborating with families and community partners to ensure meaningful progress.
  • Monitor outcomes, uphold clinical and ethical standards, and foster a culture of continuous professional growth.

Who You Are

  • BCBA certified with current state licensure (or eligible).
  • Experienced in supervising behavior therapists or RBTs (1 year or more experience required).
  • A collaborative, compassionate clinician who loves to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communicator and natural team leader.

Compensation And Perks
