Experteer Overview As a Psychologist within the Behavioral Health Service Line, you contribute to integrated care for primary care patients. You work in a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based mental health care, using a range of therapies and assessments to address common and complex conditions. You support early recognition and intervention, and you collaborate with co-located mental health providers to enhance PACT teams. This role offers the opportunity to influence patient outcomes through clinical practice, consultation, and program-level improvement. Compensation / Benefits • Provide individual and group psychotherapy and/or counseling, crisis intervention, and interpretation of objective psychometric tests. • Deliver care within the PCMHI framework and support Primary Care appointments through collaborative decision-making. • Offer clinical consultation and interdisciplinary collaboration with co-located mental health providers to optimize care for the primary care population. • Attend administrative meetings, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to Performance Improvement activities at multiple levels. • Complete timely clinical charting/documentation and coordinate records requests, referrals, and collateral contacts with permission from patients. • Engage in annual professional training to enhance skills in the area of specialization and participate in selection panels as assigned.
