- Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
- Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire.
- Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
- 2 years relevant Social Work experience. May include CSWA experience.
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field.
- upon hire: Oregon Professional Counselor License.
- 2 years of Post Masters experience in a behavioral health.
- Master's Degree in Family therapy.
- upon hire: Oregon Marriage and Family Therapist License.
- 2 years of Post Masters experience in a behavioral health.
