Pay: $81,200/year

Experience: At least 2 years post-master’s experience in casework or permanency planning; at least 1 year of community or macro-level experience.

Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related social services field required.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday; 8-hour shifts; latest end time is 7:00 PM.

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Clinical Social Worker to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Provide casework and permanency planning services for children and young adults ages 0–26.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized service and care plans.
• Collaborate with community partners and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support clients involved with child welfare, juvenile justice, or housing insecurity.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards.
• Communicate client progress, needs, and outcomes to internal stakeholders.
• Promote stability, well-being, and long-term success for youth and families.
  
  

• Current Hawaiʻi State Professional Clinical License.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• TB clearance prior to employment.
• Strong ethical judgment and commitment to culturally responsive practice.
• Ability to think critically and work effectively in a high-performance team environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
