Working in our Direct Care Department providing 1:1 ABA therapy in the home & community settings.
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Must Have RBT/BCAT/ABAT or Bachelors Degree Certificate
- Demonstrate good judgment, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in psychology, early childhood education/development.
-One or more years of related experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or other related developmental disabilities

- Implement high quality ABA programing
- Record appropriate data as required, in a prompt and efficient manner using our Data Collection Program AccuPoint
- Communicate client progress to the Family and Clinical team
- Adhere to and respect household rules and expectations of professional behavior
- Participate in initial and ongoing trainings or workshops (including Mandatory all staff meetings, and Mandatory session makeups for any session the staff member cancels that is not covered by another staff member with prior authorization from immediate Supervisor
- Demonstrate ethical and mature behavior, including proper dress code, punctuality, keeping phone on silent during session, communicating promptly with the family and Clinical team members as well as Senior Executive Assistant
- Submitting timesheets and mileage daily to billing (Via AccuPoint) no later than 8 pm each night
- Submit session notes daily
- Obtaining parent/guardian signatures on every visit
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
