Job Summary

Are you looking to earn your LMFT hours? Ascend Beyond Pediatric & Family Therapy is seeking an LMFT Trainee to provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and families under the direct supervision of a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). This role is ideal for trainees seeking high-quality supervision and hands-on clinical experience in a supportive private practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy under LMFT supervision
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in required supervision and case consultation
• Utilize developmentally appropriate, evidence-based interventions
• Adhere to ethical, legal, and BBS requirements

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BBS-approved LMFT graduate program
• Eligible to practice as an LMFT Trainee in California
• Interest in working with children and families
• Strong communication skills and openness to supervision

Pay: $22.43 - $30.01 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25.0 per week
