Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – California Hiring for the 2025-2026 school year!
Lead impactful behavioral interventions to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a school-based setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to enhance skill development
- Provide consultation and training to educators, staff, and families
- Supervise behavioral service delivery and ensure program effectiveness
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with professional standards
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (BACB)
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
- Experience in behavioral analytic programs (preferred)
- CPR & health requirements as applicable
$55+/hour DOE; Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available
