Job Summary:

As a Behavior Technician (BT) with Hidden Treasures ABA, you will play a vital role in our therapy team. You will work one-on-one with children in a variety of settings, including home, school, and community, to provide tailored behavioral support and interventions. Your expertise will help our clients develop essential skills, build confidence, and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support and interventions to children with autism and ADHD

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of licensed therapists

• Conduct behavioral assessments and track client progress

• Collaborate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• No prior experience necessary - we provide comprehensive training

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, understanding, and a positive attitude
