Patient Care Coordinator - MedSpa

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Learning about the services, products and procedures we offer.
• Greeting Patients when they arrive, creating a warm and professional environment.
• Making sure all requisite forms and protocols are completed before their appointments.
• Taking diagnostic photos of patients before and after their treatment.
• Checking out patients after their appointments, taking payments and selling them corresponding retail skincare.
• Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Answering patient calls, questions and guiding them to booking the right appointments for their needs, answering questions with clarity and professionalism.
• Communicate with patients regarding pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
• Closing procedure rooms, register and shutting down the office.
• Inventory support.
• Occasional patient care support during procedures for providers if extra hands will improve the patient’s comfort (must be comfortable with the sight of blood).
• Must be willing to work some Saturdays.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
