What You’ll Do

• Assess and design individualized treatment plans for children with autism and developmental disabilities at home and clinic
• Implement evidence-based interventions to promote skill development and manage behaviors
• Track progress with data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide training and support to parents and caregivers

What We’re Looking For

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities
• Strong ABA knowledge and assessment skills (FBAs, BIPs)
• Skilled in data collection and analysis
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to positive impact

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
