Nature and Scope:

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate care for patients with chronic conditions in our clinic setting. You’ll help track gaps in care, arrange follow-ups, support patient education, and collaborate with primary and specialty providers to improve health outcomes.

Location:

We are located at 1065 Bucks Lake Road, Quincy, CA 95971.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $46.18 – $65.84 (based on clinical pay scale)

Job Status / Shift Information:

Part-time, benefited
Standard clinic daytime schedule

Qualifications:

Active California RN License
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
Current CPR certification
3+ years in acute care, urgent care, or outpatient/family practice
Strong EMR skills + ability to organize, triage, and communicate clearly
