About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, outgoing, and highly organized Care Coordinator to join our on-site team. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, make confident decisions, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow within the company.
The Care Coordinator is an entry-level position that supports both caregivers and clients by handling recruiting, training, scheduling, onboarding, and care coordination. Ultimately, Care Coordinator manages “best in home care” care plans. This role also requires stepping in for caregiving shifts when coverage cannot be secured or during emergencies.

Qualifications
Develops and maintains the client care plan, creating extraordinary client experiences and communicating with clients, families, care partners and referral sources.
Plays an integral role in interfacing with clients and families to ensure safe, appropriate and meaningful care is being provided.
Serves as a mentor to caregivers and supports their care delivery.
Maintains a calm, positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high functioning office environment.
Previous caregiving experience, or experience in the medical/healthcare field
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong Knowledge of google workspace: Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google calendar, Google Chat etc.
Strong Knowledge on Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
Knowledge of labor laws (or willingness to learn)
Some office or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Confident, outgoing, and able to lead
Must be willing to work holidays as needed
Must be willing to pick up caregiving shifts as a last resort
Maintain confidentiality with client and employee files
Great communication skills
Comfortable on the phone and making calls
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (higher education or certifications are a plus)
Associate's degree (Preferred but not required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
Must be dependable and able to work on-site Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm
Able to work weekends and holidays as needed
