Fish River Rural Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a National Health Service Corp (NHSC) approved site. NHSC-approved sites are healthcare facilities that provide outpatient, ambulatory, and primary health services in Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs), which are communities with limited access to care. The NHSC is a Federal government program that offers financial and other support to Corps Members.

The fulfilling job opportunity is currently available at the Eagle Lake Health Center. Primary duties include patient care coordination for chronic disease management and social determinants of health. Proven experience with Microsoft Excel is required to manage emergency room and admissions logs. Prior experience with an electronic health record system is preferred. No holidays. No weekends.
