We are hiring Entry Level Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support young learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No ABA experience required — we provide all training and certification.

Training Wheels ABA is an early intervention ABA provider serving children ages 18 months to 10 years old. Our Dripping Springs clinic is known for its collaborative culture, hands-on support from leadership, and commitment to empowering families through evidence-based therapy.

What You’ll Do
Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD
Implement therapeutic programs designed by a BCBA
Support skill development (communication, social skills, play, daily living)
Accurately document progress
Collaborate daily with your BCBA and Operations Manager
Paid Training + RBT Certification
We will fully train you to become a Registered Behavior Technician. You will receive:
40 hours of required RBT classroom training
RBT competency assessment
Support to become RBT certified within 30 days

Qualifications:

- At least 6 months of experience working with children
- HS Diploma or equivalent
