We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of emerging clinicians while further developing your leadership skills in a supportive setting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licenses Required: LMFT or LCSW
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a clinical supervisory role
- Supervision Eligibility: Must be eligible to supervise associates
- Openness to Collaboration: Must be open to both providing supervision and engaging with clients in treatment.
- A Passion for Supporting Others: We're seeking someone who thrives in mentoring, guiding, and empowering other clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will work under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director and be instrumental in supporting the growth of our associate therapists while also providing direct clinical care. Your duties will include:
- Supervision of AMFTs: Provide one hour of clinical supervision each week to Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFTs).
- Case Consults & Guidance: Offer guidance during case consultations and ensure clinicians follow best practices.
- Review & Compliance: Review intake assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with CAMFT & BBS regulations.
- Client Care: Provide one-on-one therapy services to clients, both in-person and remotely, based on your schedule and preferences.
- Collaboration with the Clinical Director: Work closely with the Clinical Director on administrative tasks and contribute to the clinical growth of the practice.
- Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients and their support networks to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at their specific needs.

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
