What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral evaluations and develop evidence-based intervention plans.
- Provide hands-on training and consultation to school staff and caregivers.
- Act as a clinical teacher—observing, assessing, and mentoring to ensure quality behavioral service delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
What We’re Looking For
- Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Experience in school-based behavior analytic programs preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience (preferred).
- CPR certification and compliance with all health and safety requirements.
