As a BCBA in Educational Services, you’ll do more than consult—you’ll empower educators, transform classrooms, and create meaningful change for students with behavioral and academic challenges. Your expertise will guide individualized interventions and foster environments where every child can succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral evaluations and develop evidence-based intervention plans.
  • Provide hands-on training and consultation to school staff and caregivers.
  • Act as a clinical teacher—observing, assessing, and mentoring to ensure quality behavioral service delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Experience in school-based behavior analytic programs preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience (preferred).
  • CPR certification and compliance with all health and safety requirements.
