- Location: Stanislaus County
- Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, pay increase after you get your RBT certification!
- Job Type: PART-TIME (10 hours - 25+ hours per week)
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday, anywhere from 8AM-8:30PM. Preference is given to candidates with availability 2:00-8:00pm
- Work Setting: In-home
We’ll pay you for your 40 hours of training, and once you pass the RBT exam, we’ll cover the cost! You’ll have access to online training, session overlaps, and hands-on support to help you prepare. Certification must be completed within 90 to 180 days of your start date.
- Deliver 1:1 behavior programs in clients' homes (training provided)
- Engage with children in a fun and energetic way to support learning and development
- Collect accurate data on client progress
- Collaborate with families to provide a safe, supportive environment
- Participate in team meetings and receive ongoing training and mentorship
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for working with children
- RBT certification is a plus, but we will cover the cost of obtaining it! Or you have the desire to become RBT certified with our help!
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
- CPR & First Aid Certification is required
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Reliability and a willingness to work with a variety of clients
- Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required
- Behavioral knowledge/experience is preferred, but not necessary
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
- High school diploma or equivalent required is required
- Availability to work a consistent schedule (afternoons/evenings with some weekend/morning availability)
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.

- If using your vehicle for work, we will need an auto insurance policy with your name on it. In the absence of a driver's license, you will have to submit a government-issued ID.
